Can I change the time shown for postings?

When i read postings they all seem to be 3 hrs. ahead of my time. Would anybody know how I can change this please?

Go to "Profile"
On the left, go to Modify Profile section.
Go to "Look and Layout"
Go to "Time Offset"
It gives you the forum time
Set the hours to make forum time equal yours EG if you are 2 hours later than forum time, add two hours
