The final revised set up.
« on: December 16, 2019, 08:46:28 AM »
After getting the cold smoker attachment I realized I needed more distance between the units. ( It helps keep the temps down )I found the cold smoker attachment table on Amazon as usual and about $ 90 US . I like to keep things tidy and organized. One of my girlfriends to me that there is a fine line between fastidious and OCB . I asked her what side of the line I was on and that’s when the fight started!

Nice setup. If you have draft problems, positioning the cold smoke adapter lower than the cabinet improves the draft.

Thanks Hab, Draft doesn’t seem to be an issue. My biggest problem seems to be not eating the finished product before i ship it! I am smoking hamburgers as we speak and will post the results on the “meat” thread.
