Hey all
New member here. I’ve had a Bradley 4 rack digital for years now and loved it. That said I’ve only ever smoked salmon and ribs in it. So I’ve decided to start expanding my smoking skills by joining a forum and trying to learn from the experiences of many. I’ll try and do my bit to help too.
