It is possible to program for instance 3 or more stages of smoking food.
Setting that will automatically change step by step? :
Step 1. no smoke               Temp 120 F     cooking time 30 min

Step 2. smoke 2 hrs           Temp 150 F      cooking time 2 hrs

Step 3. smoke  20 min        Temp 195 F      coking time  1 hr

Step 4. no smoke                Temp 130 F      cooking time 30 min

Set it forget it.

Or I will have to do each STEP manually ?
Thank you.

From what I have read you can create up to 50 steps per recipe. To program the smoker you need to create the recipe in the Cook Tool, load it on the USB drive so you can transfer it to the smoker. Just keep in mind when you do this all previous recipes loaded in the smoker will be erased.

I read it...I knew it...and I try it..  No luck couldn't make it to work. That is way I ask if is any other way to save this steps                                                           manually.

Oh! I understand now. You first post was unclear as to what you were seeking help with. But thanks for the link to the cook tool. The link that I was clicking on at the Bradley site did not work.

Every step needs to be done manually. It has capacity of 50 steps but you may only need 4-5.
