Need to buy biscuit burner-need help

I have a four rack digital smoker.
My biscuit burner stopped working...treated with OHM meter and it is dead.
I contacted Bradley via support with no response.
If anyone can help me source a biscuit burn I would very much appreciate it.

Looks like mine is too old...part is for units starting with 15...
My unit is 11....

Hopefully they will get some in stock.

No smoke since Turkey Day is killing me!

Sorry to hear that. If you tried contacting Bradley by phone, try their email support - they state their email address at the end of the message. If you sent an email it often takes several days for a response, and a follow up email may be needed.

Good point.  However, that's my story and I'm sticking to it!  And since I'm tenacious AND retired, I have all day to do so should I wish too.   ;D

Phone support is a nogo at Bradley during pandemic...emails to support is only communication method.
Hope they are safe.
My smoker is a nice to have but boy I miss it!!!

Any other options on part procurement would be great.

Part received from Bradley and I am back smoking.
Given COVID Bradley requested I fill out an order form online and the called them for credit card info.
Process worked fine.
Hot smoked salmon last pm...unreal result.
Love my smoker!
