Hope you get your new smoker tomorrow without any further hassle...... there certainly should'nt be any dents or scatches inside or out when new. There will be plenty of chances to scratch and dent over the coming years when you use it though!!

If you have any more problems I would contact Grakka, the UK importer.

Hi manxman, yeah after seeing inside the display BS, i realised how beaten up mine was, the display model was indeed perfect inside, no scratches or dents anywhere to be seen.
Just bad luck i think?, i'm having a lot of that lately (long story) hehe!.

I hope i'm rewarded with my new BS tommorow when i get in from work tommorow?

I really want to try and do some nice ribs at the weekend, but i'll settle for anything as long as it's smoked!

Anyway i'll certainly let you know how it goes, regards............LilSmoker ;)

Aaaahhh!   Another soon to be addicted Food Smoker.

And RIBS...   It gets even better, someone else to strive for the perfect RIB.

What you will eventualy find over ther next several months is that getting the perfect rib is complex, but heck of a lot of fun to get to the point of repetition of WOW!.

Good luck.
