O.K. gang.....turkey day is coming, so how about some good recipes and tips for us newbies on doing the big birds!  My success on other smokes has generated multiple requests for turkeys on turkey day.....and since I give credit to any success to the great group on this forum, I would (and I'm sure that their are others out there lurking) appreciate any help that I can get! ;D

I will second that one chief.  I am also getting some requests.  Also, what is the max size bird that will fit in the BS?
