Good evening.

Opened my new BS digital last week and used it several times already.
Yesterday i should cold-smoke salmon, so i removed the smokegenerator from the smoker
to keep the temperature below 28 degrees.
When i turned the generator on i get the E1 error message ( probably coz i removed the cable to the Thermometer), but the generator still works though.
Does anyone know how to shut the E1 error off?

Im a BS dealer in Norway.

Here is a thread that discusses how to make a longer cord for the factory TC so you won't get the E1 code. This was West Coast Kansan's idea so credit goes to him. Works great!

Let me know if you cant get square on the bits and I will send you a set-up.  I didn't know the DBS had made it to Europe.  The wire is just wire, the key is the right connector.  Called a type M here. Welcome here Norwegian. ;D
