Yeah! i came to the same conclusion espacially with bradley smoker i have enough room (place) to put it  on my balcony area. (At worst ill have to make an extra piece of meat for 'neightbour', sorry im french) seems to be better idea judging by what i saw on this forum and my friends reaction loll! To much smoke in my brain i think! so the balcony area is the final  idea thx to all of you who nicely tried to help me and to those of you who tied to open my eyes on the danger appreciated alots eventhout i had to change my plans

But now the remaining question is when cant i use it? exemple; can i use it at -10 degrees on a sunny winter day? loocks perfect to me to smoke a salmon with cold smoking way. whats the recommendation for wheather (between what degres) sould i use this smoker on my balcony? thx great helpers

I would imagine any temp.  Winds will probably be the largest factor.  The cooler it is the better for cold smoking IMO.

Its up to what you can physically handle.  and if there is no moisture falling on the smoker.

If its not to cold to go out for 10 minutes at a time.  Might need to think about it.  Even using gloves, you do need some level of grip control.
