Anyone out there know the difference in the 72 and the 73?  Which is the newer model and which is better?

Looks like the 72 does meat temp only, but gives you a reading on what "rare" "medium" etc. would be.  The 73 gives you meat and cabinet temps, or can be set up for 2 meats if you get an extra probe.  Both are remote.

As I don't have my PID assembled yet, I like the 73, but once the PID is ready would only really need the 72 or any other single probed unit.
