other than ham, what smoking can you do for breakfest?
Thin chop (for sure) any other ideas?

I think you can eat it all for breakfast.  Nothing better then brisket in the morning.  :P

hillbillysmoker

Sausage.  Especially fatties (1 lb rolls of sausage, homemade, or Jimmy Dean from the store).  Smoked whole directly on the rack with about 4 pucks worth of smoke at 225 cabinet temp to an internal temp of 160. Also the making of Canadian Bacon and regular bacon is quite popular. A search will locate different recipes for these.
May the fragrance of thin blue smoke always grace your backyard.

It's all good with eggs and good conversation :)

Gizmo

Can't forget the smoked home made bacon from pork belly.
Eggs with Iceman's sauce goes will with the brisket and bacon as well. :D

I'd love to hear your opinion after you try it, Habs/Coyote. My experience is that guys love it and gals can take it or leave it......must be because I call it "fisheggs" ?!?!?!? ;)

I love salmon that I have cold smoked added to my scrambled eggs on Sunday morning or the old standby of bagels and lox with cream cheese is mighty fine.
