Chicken wraps

Reguarding the post with the fatties and chicken wraps.  i found the recipe for the fatties, thanks NEPA.  But how do you make the chicken wraps?  Seasonings, some temp and time in, etc...    After the butt incident, I am starting out slow ! ! !  ;D
