Andy

they are the ones cut into individual ribs...they are much bigger and much more meat on them...I typically put them in the oven at 200* then onto the grill for 15 minutes with sauce....

I am hoping to get a bradley in the next couple days...but wanted to make sure my favorites are still going to be their.

Andy!

You can do the same with your BS. Did some just last week. If you are going to get a BS you might want to consider buying it from the founder of this Forum  Chez Bubba. Great customer service, extra smoking biskettes when you order and a discount on all the biskettes you buy from him since you purchased the BS from him. Delivery is very prompt also. Check it out.

The only untruth in your post. I didn't found it, just decided to participate early-on, due to a perceived lack of commitment of partcipation from the founders.

If the forum were to succeed, as I think it has, it would need the constant monitoring of someone who shared the passion. Insert me.

If you're ever in England, you need to look up John & buy him a pint. If you're ever in Indiana, hey, I'm open to free brewskies too![:D]

Andy,

Country-styles are a staple at our big cooks. They're cheap & tasty. All they really are is sliced butt, how can you go wrong?[:p]
