Hey gang

Here the food grade screens i use. Have not had any probs with them. Been using them for 2 years now made by Luhr Jenson and i think they are 300*

I use em for my fattys and jerky. Fit perfect width wise but you need to cut 1 1/4" off on the length  ;D

I better confess...I didn't get my fatties and meatloaf made as I had planned to.  Didn't have some ingredients on Saturday, and didn't want to be bothered during the race on Sunday (I sleep late, go get donuts and groceries, then watch the NASCAR race(s) time for smoking :D ).  I did, however come across a good deal in the grocery store yesterday...Farmland sausage chubs for 4/$5....picked up 4 original and 4 with bacon.  If weather allows, I'll take a shot at it this coming weekend.
