Yesterday I used my Bradley Smoker for the first time. It worked perfectly!

Next I will try a Brisket.

Your ribs looke great, bet ya did'nt have any leftovers!  I'll bet you'll have great success with your brisket...just make sure and use mesquite!  ;D
