We have some info on Maverick problems and the solutions on our website in the support area I believe.
If you get bad probes, or if they GO bad, even if it's your fault, it's my experience that Maverick will usually just send you new ones. Just call them on the phone, if your unit is "recently" purchased, they usually just send them to you for no charge. We are a dealer and they won't let us replace them to customers for free ...they make US pay for them ($12.00)but if the end-user / customer calls, they almost always just send them. Hope this helps some people.
