I started at 5:30 am...I am up and the smoker is warming...we are fired up for pork fat....pork fat rules..as my 4 year old says.[

6:30am...major disaster..[xx(]..smoker 225...and the puck advancer is jammed[

][xx(]..I have been reading about this..so I go to the garage...get the philips..and take apart the gererator[8D][8D]
Oops...something medal..bolt..drops to the bottom..[xx(]...Like that will hold up pulled pork..[

]..puck advancer unjammed...screws..well most of them back in...somehow I got an extra..[

Pork in at 7am...smoker at 74 degrees...but projected to be 36 as a high...I am smokin'[

7:15...sun is up....and PECAN wood is smokin'
1pm...country style ribs are out..and pork but still in..
3pm pull the pecan smoked bacon...that stuff is awesome[

5:30...F.T.C...for an hour..yea, right like I can wait that long for pulled pork...Wife and I agree...45 minutes is long enough...Pork butt out of the cooler..[

Ok, being an indiana boy..and having dined at no less then probably 100 bbq places..I cant just drive by..[

]..having been to 4 years of BBQ festivals here locally..[

]..that is the best Pulled Pork I have ever had.[

My little girl and boy eat a bunch..and my wife says that is the best pulled pork she has ever had[
