DA Beefmann tritip

hey all here is how i do my tritip, start iff with 4 lean tri tip trimmed of fat and rinsed,



covered in olive garlic ( garlic cloves crushed in a food processor and mixed  with olive oil )



then covered with brown sugar



and finally a beefman rub .. gonna let it stand untill tomarroe night or thursday morning in the fridge  befor  cooking
will let you  know how it turns out then
