Well I kind of feel like I am a Canuck for a day.  As you know our Canadian Bro's sent us a nice cold one.  This past wed night it came with full force of a norhern wind and 5 inches of snow.  Needless to say my pourch is on the north side and my poor old BS got covered.  Well as priorities are set, forget everything else save the BS cause I know I had some smokin to do for Christmas eve.  Enogh of that stuff..

The reason I wrote this is that at 17deg, my BS is working fine.  Preheated to 275 with no problem and is hunmming along at 210 with out 2lbs of ABT's and  bacon wrapped chicken breasts (after that thread how could you not cook some...).

Have a great Christmas everyone....

It's not how much you smoke but how many friends you make while doing it...

Cold Smoke

MW- we've been in a death grip deep freeze for over a week now. Something like -43 below Celcius with the windchill factor. Yesterday I had to try four different gas pumps before I got one to work- the rest were all frozen! I just went to get the kids fullface snowmobile helmets so we can go toboganing over XMas and not have to worry about frostbite. Glad to hear you're still smokin' though!!
