Did some sliders

For xmas eve had mainly snack stuff, Habs CB smoked cheese and crackers did a small batch of abt's and some sliders.

2 lbs ground, 1 package cooked bacon, big handfull cheese a little salt and pepper



After 1 hour of smoke



Then into the oven for just a bit!



Did'nt get a chance to get the final pic, on fresh parkerhouse rolls.....this things vanished I'm lucky to have any fingers left when the kids saw them!   ;D  Merry Christmas all!!

Looks like you may need some sort of kevlar gloves to serve that with.... to combat the teeth marks.
