Cardboard box ok for cold smoke setup ?

16lb's of cheese all smoked, vac sealed and in the chill-chest. It did not take on as much color this time, and most of my pucks were only half-burnt. Still smelled smoky, though. The cheese did not sweat at all, unlike the last time. box temp got into the low 70's.

Sounds great FLB. I try to keep the tower between 60-85 when doing cheese.

I also discovered that it's time to clean my smoke generator...

Mine needs cleaned also but I do not think it will happen this weekend. It did get up to +5 so far today! woo hoo!!!!  ;D
