Smoke My Own
« on: March 17, 2009, 02:34:02 pm »
Hi folks,

Long time fan of smoked meat, but have never had opportunity to get my own smoker until now.  Just unpacked my BDS(4) and looking to do the initial "seasoning" tonight.  I'm in Lexington, KY, USA looking forward to getting to know everyone.

Welcome Flash

Wade right in, hang on and have fun.  Obligatory Warning:  Smoking is an addiction without a 12-step cure!  Pics are most welcome - our drool catching cups are always on emergency standby.  Fear the teabags!

Gotta get up your way again soon.  Really like Lex.  Spent quite a lot of time up there quite a few years ago building a few buildings around New Circle and over in Morehead!
