I absolutely LOVE Daddy Sam's ginger jalapeno sauce. (http://www.daddysams.com/home.asp)  I'm good friends with the owner of another hot-sauce, BBQ sauce company and his stuff is good but Daddy Sam's is my go-to sauce.

I should have linked to my friends company...  It's http://Cajohns.com if you like a seriously hot BBQ sauce the HDH BBQ sauce is great.  His hot sauces and salsas are great.  Honestly his BBQ sauces are really good I just can't get beyond Daddy Sams.

Pat's Ho Made sauce is the best for chicken and pork, but nothing beats Stubbs mopping sauce for chicken wings!

Hailing from southern MI, I've always been partial to Open Pit BBQ Sauce (http://www.openpit.com/index.html), either right out of the bottle or as a base for doctored sauce. Since I live in AZ, I have to have my mom send care packages.

Ho Made Sauce sounds...intriguing.

Here in Canada at SuperStore they have a sauce called "Smokin Habanero Barbecue Sauce" that is my go to sauce. Here's a link....

They have another one that is a little milder and is very good as well called "Smokin Stampede Beer Chipotle Barbecue Sauce"

If you are in the US you can order them from here:

I use them all the time. Excellent.
With my Bradley, no one tells me to quit smoking!

Nobody here has experimented and made their own?  It's something I was considering...whether it will be good or not remains to be seen.

Oh we have done lots of experimenting - don't bring Carolina Treet to a boil - but this thread started as "what is you favorite commercial sauce?"

Well of course he has a problem (two, actually) - not enough cabinet space and no backups on several of the varieties.
