Does anyone have the original - original Bradley Smoker ......... besides Wade?  I bought my first Bradley smoker almost 12 years ago. I have been in the Butcher / Restaurant business for 20 years in Vancouver, near where the whole Bradley boys got started and is headquartered today. I first saw the Bradley original Smoker in a restaurant kitchen. It looked like it weighed a couple hundred pounds and was the size of a dishwasher, made in Canada out of heavy duty stainless steel. This particular restaurant still uses it today!

After I saw this commercial unit in operation I quickly bought the consumer edition. It was made out of what looked like a Danby Bar Fridge. It came with wooden dowels to hang sausages and was over 50 lbs.

I was wondering if anyone still had one in use and would like to share pics and stories of there vintage smoker.

Well, since it is all crated up, you could just put it on the next outgoing truck to me.   :D  ;D

8 Racks and 17 different positions to put them in. Now that would be fun to fill with ABT's!

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!
