Aloha from Maui!  I am considering a new smoker!

E komo mai!  I'm in Kaneohe and bought an OBS a couple of months ago.  It's terrific; the only problem is that there are no kiawe bisquettes (although they do have mesquite which is essentially the same thing).  You'll find a ton of great ideas, ono recipes, and plenty kokua on this site.  A hui hou!
