I know this is a little late, but just had to share!!
Bone in rib roast for Christmas dinner, rubbed with a JD honey dijon concoction the wife came up with, smoked for 1.5 hours and then in the oven until a perfect temp. OMG what a taste!!

Just got back from meat surfing at lunch. Looked over some of those at Fresh Market. Thought hmmm those are for special times and left the store with an empty feeling. Sit down at my desk open this thread up and got this feeling that this weekend might be that special time - If I pass my exam!
