I'm making some beef ribs today with the right kind I always buy.

Those look a lot better than the ones I smoked the day and they are not even done yet!
Here it is guys!
They turned out wonderful, in fact the best I've ever had.
I smoke them using alternating pucks of mesquite and hickory. I smoked them for 3 hours at around 225 degrees.
After 3 hours I brought them inside, sprinkled them with Famous Dave Rib Rub then in the oven at 225 for an hour.
After an hour I cover them with aluminum foil for 21/2 hours.
for the last 30 minutes I uncovered them, basted with BBQ Sauce.
I let stand for five minutes and served.
My wife and son ate them an loved them as well as myself.
Here are some pictures. I apologize ahead of time. These are what was left when I remembered to take the pictures.
They were wonderful, full of flavor and tender as they could possibly be.
Total time around 7 hours. Easily cut with a fork and fall off the bone tender.

Beef, does a body good! Nice job commonsense, I can only drool in envy just can't get a decent beef rib around these parts.
