Title: stuffed pork loin

started out with a 5 lb pork loin, butterfly it.

cream cheese, Italian seasoning and smoked peppers stems and skin removed.

That looks GREAT!  How'd you cook it?  Assuming in the house oven, what temp, how long??  Or did it get some smoke?  Thanks for posting....Joe

in the house oven at 375 for an hour,,, seemed a lil dry to me,.. next time will  check at 45 minutes and go from there, other then that it had great flavor

Thanks!!  I've got a 5lb hunk of loin that wants to be something special.  I think I've found what he's gonna be!!!
