Title: Canned Tomatoes

Ms. Hickory has been very busy.  She took this:

These four make a total of twenty quarts she has canned since mid July.  You can tell we are preparing for Winter.

Very nice. I should do more canning than I do. I usually make a batch of Orange Marmalade every year and blueberry jam but this year was to busy. I should have gone and picked Blackberries also to make jelly ( hate the seeds in jam) but didn't have time for that either. Next year I guess. I use canned tomatoes a lot so I think you just inspired me to go buy some tomatoes and can some up.
