You can smoke these or do in the oven. I went with the oven.
Recipe
1.5 Tbs chili powder
1.5 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp brown sugar (you can add more if you like)
2 cups halved clean pecans
1.5 Tbs worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
Roasting time is 30 mins
Cookie pan and parchment paper
Pre heat oven to 225

Looks awesome Rick!!! Do you say Peecon or Peecan, funny I have a guy in my office that grew up in Alabama and he says Peecan, of course it is spelled Pecan but I pronounce it Peecon. Since we cant grow them things over here how the hell do you all pronounce it?
