Well, thanks to everyone!  My first smoke went incredible.  My parents came up to enjoy it with us.  We had two pork tenderloins and they turned out amazing.  They were better than I even hoped for my first smoke.  This is because of the help of you guys here.  THANK YOU!  I wish I could have enjoyed some with you also.
