Hello all,
I want to thank everyone here for creating and maintaining such a friendly, knowledgeable forum. I've been lurking here for a month now picking up all the info I could before buying my new smoker. I'm not new to smoking but I am new to the OBS and I love it. I have a Weber Smokey Mountain and I've had to rebuild my 30 year old Little Chief top loader twice now. So far I've done a turkey breast, jerky, ribs and some cold smoked deviled eggs in the OBS and I am impressed with how easy it is to maintain temp.
While I was lurking, I could swear I saw a list of the abbreviations used here but I can't find it now. Maybe I was dreaming?
