After pestering Nsxbill, Whitetailfan and others with questions over the past few weeks, I finally broke down and bought a SS Bradley. Boy, are you guys in trouble now! [:)] The Bubba pucks are on order, along with the jerky racks and the smoker is seasoning. Hopefully I'll be able to add to the collective experience on the board around smoking salmon.
