Title: Slyders
Post by: Smokin Soon on January 24, 2011, 07:36:37 PM
Got this from Old Dave's Blog... Anyone from the midwest that is having "White Castle" withdrawal's might want to give it a go. I whipped this up at a friends place. Sorry, no pics. This is a good piece of history for me, and I really enjoyed it. Very close to the original taste.

The thing I remember most about White Castle slyders was the gas afterwards.  ;D

There is a reason why they called them "Slyders".  ::)

Heck, those look better than White Castle (or Krystal)...

That said...  The time of night and/or towns I might be seen scarfing a WC or K burger...

Use to Live in Fla and Krystal was my go-to place to eat at 2 in the morning.

I always thought they steamed the meat.
