this is great for smoked fish love this stuff.

My Mom used that when she did a brisket in the oven.
Always came out good.

If I remember right it is concentrated.
Read the instructions good.
I've used that as an injection... You'll definitely want to cut it with something, as it's got a gazillion milligrams of salt.
Good flavor, though.
Looks like a jazzed up soy sauce.
Been kicked-up with onion, garlic, sugar, MSG and paprika ?
It is some great marinade.
