Title: Smoked Planters Pnuts

Take some planters dry roasted/salted pnuts, put em in a foil pan in the bs for 20 mins of smoke then finish em off in the bbq for 5 mins.

Hickory

Have done mesquite, apple and maple too.

Apple was good on the Pistacios this weekend as well.  They were in with the pork belly and recieved 3 hours 40 minutes of smoke.  Certainly did not need that much but the company didn't think they were over smoked.
