Title: Winged Moink Balls "TMB" style

Hey all, just made a batch of these little jewels. These are known as Moink Balls as  Larry "BBQ Grail" Gaian calls them, but mine are made with chicken and pork not beef.

Mix all together and add one sausage ball to the middle, form ball and wrap in bacon. Took about 45 min's in the Big Easy  (16)


1lb ground chicken
3/4 cup bread crumbs (Italian style)
1/2 cup wing sauce
1 large egg
1/2 cup ground bacon 
1 sausage ball (1 for each moinkball)  these are pre-cooked sausage balls.  and pork.
