I'm guessing something like this has to be smoked mild? maybe an hour and then seal it for a couple of days?

This is a great Idea when we have our Monday Night Football Get togethers.. More details would be great Anthony. Thanx for sharing!

Smoked chex is great. I do 2 big bags and use apple pellets or pucks.

Are you smoking with just the SG and no element? How long?

I use my AMZNPS, Generates less heat. But that will be shown in the Non Bradley section.

When i do use the SG with apple pucks i dont use no heat to the element.

My element dont like low temps under 130

I smoked for 1hr 40 min cherry and hickory mix.  Only smoke gen going, but temps got to about 150, it is 80 ambient.

There were a couple experimental elements made 750 and 1000w. From what i have heard they will not be in production.

I had the 1000 in my 6 rack. This one is the 750w

I know this old but I'm slow!! take that chex mix and stir in some Carolina treet and then I use 2 hours of hickory smoke, no letting it mellow as it don't last that long !!
