I hear ya, we met some people from Australia on an Alaskan Cruise a few years ago, he went on a fishing charter and caught a couple chums, and had them shipped to our house in Seattle and we smoked them up.  They stopped and spent a couple days with us at the end of the rest of their trip and got their smoked fish, plus we went out and he got to catch a coho that we bbqed that afternoon, by far the freshest salmon they've ever had.  Anyways, we've got a standing offer to go fishing for Baramundi when we make it down there.

 thanks i will try this summer, we will be putting the boat back in water in mid april then i will have to wait till july to catch offshore up here.
