Now when the hunting season is starting i am planning to smoke some deer meat. I have a couple of roedeer shoulders (a swedish deer, like a small whitetail) in the fridge. I have no idea how i should smoke them, preparation is pretty simple. 5-7 hours in 220 degrees? Very Pleased for advice  ;)  ;)
