Going to make 5 lbs of Droewors this week, Getting things together.

Some of the mix. These are 1/2 Tbs each.

Gooing to do the other Teriyaki stick first (Meat mixer post)

The Droewors will take around 6-7 days.

No poke in this, just lean beef and lamb.

In light of my recent posts regarding a certain swimming mammal, I have to say "how can you eat those cute little lambs. They run around and play and have such sweet little faces". OK I will go back to my corner now.  How do you pronounce this word "Droewors".
I like to walk threw life on the path of least resistance. But sometimes the path needs a good kick in the ass.

OBS
BBQ
One Big Easy, plus one in a box.

Generally speaking, with plenty of garlic, a slice of etorki, some crusty sheepherder Bread and nice bottle of Rioja.
Eskerrik asko! ;) :D

Sounds good but what about the mint jelly?
