Brining chicken breasts

I just use equal parts of Kosher salt and sugar...bay leaves...pepper corns...garlic cloves...and what ever flavor you wish to impart...I brine overnight (just dark meat)...RINSE and move on...

And fresh Thyme and Rosemary...(growing in the yard)
