Title: sticks / stuff and smoke or stuff and frig ?

 What or the pros and cons of placing stuffed sticks in the frig over night versus placing them straight in the smoker ? I've tried it both ways and cant tell much difference .

Stuffing and the fridge gives the seasoning and cure time to bind with the meat and marry up.
