So I had 15 more chicken legs thawed for dinner. I decided to use my gas smoker to smoke them and The Big Easy to finish them. I rubbed the legs with gunpowder. Then I placed them in the leg racks for TBE. I put the TBE basket in the smoker and loaded the chip box with hickory. I set the smoker thermostat to 250F and smoked them for about 2 hours  until I got a IT of 140F. Then I moved the basket from the smoker to TBE for 20 minutes for the finish. These legs were great! They were fully smoked, moist, and had a crispy skin. The gunpowder is excellent on chicken legs ;D
