Good day to all forum members. My name is Piet and stay in Kimberley south Africa. Smoking is new to me but I want to do cold and hot smoking of various meats including sausage and salami. Looking at the 6 rack digital smoker.
I this a good unit and when I buy what must I include in the order. I am a great barbecue fan and do lots of it. Also make lots of jurky.
Some say digital is ok but I think I see a lot of posts with problems . I have the original and its easy for me. Less things for issues to happen
