Title: Trukey leg and Goose
Post by: GBIceman on May 01, 2011, 03:30:03 PM
Got new PID, new duel element mod complete and now to test the new stuff. Got four turkey legs and some Goose breast to test. Brined all in MTQ, brown sugar and garlic powder. Wrapped half breast in pepper bacon and three hours mesquite. Cooked goose to IT of 150 and turkey IT of 165. Goose done in 4.5 hours, still waiting for Turkey.

It appears you are adding additional codes to what you are copying from your host site; Imageshack.

Just paste the code in as you had copied from the site. Do not add the url= or img  codes.

Thanks for the help, this seems to work so far. Will have to keep trying.
