Title: Wife's Baby Backers
Post by: SnellySmokesEm on March 19, 2012, 11:57:11 AM
The wife is always asking me to make ribs "like you used to" Which means cook them like you did before the forum, in the oven with Sweet Baby Rays on ribs so I gave in and was pleasantly surprised with the results.  Well except for the fact that I didnt use the oven.   ::) ::) ::)  I rubbed the BBR's with Penzy's Galena St. Rub and garlic and let sit in the fridge overnight wrapped in plastic.  I smoked with Alder wood at 195 for 3 hours then wrapped in foil with honey, butter and brown sugar for another hour.  The last hour was uncovered and slathered with the Sweet Baby Rays.  They turned out pretty darn good again.  ;D
