Mike very nice wings. So how long did they take and did you high setting through the cook?

mikecorn.1

High all the time. Bout 35- 40 minutes depending on hoe big they are. I keep em on the top. With extra racks I have. Fit a whole pack in two layers. Perfect every time. I do check with my thermapen.

Thanks Mike, when I did mine I did check with the thermo pen also. I was reading over 200*F  but the wings still showed some blood and thats why I was asking.

What I do is lift the whole basket out and them take the temp. There is so much heat radiating in my SRG that to me it seems like it will read higher when trying to poke around a few wings. Now I kinda I know by sight when they're done but I check them anyways.

Thanks, I love the twang this stuff has. I also like to get thighs and inject them with it. The treet firms up in them and when you bite into one, it's like a pocket of goodness. Kinda like a jelly filled donut. ;D

Thanks all for the comments :)
