Title: Grandson's birthday

My grandson is turning 12 in a few days. He eats and likes a wide range of foods for someone his age. Here is his birthday gift from me.

3 racks of ribs

2 1/2 lbs of Kummok's salmon

1 key lime cheesecake

I know that he will enjoy it and thanks to everyone on this site for your recipes.
