I have a nice butterflied leg o' lamb...I'll be marinading tonight...any thoughts on marinade, cooking times...?

I rubbed my leg-o-lamb with some rosemary, salt, pepper. Smoked it for 2 hrs with alder then cooked in oven coverd with a can of beef broth added @ 350 until the meat was @ 160 ;D mmmmm mmmmm good.

Cooking time is varies. I recommend internal meat at 145 F.
